Each month we choose a range of topics focused on the most common challenges faced by Process Improvement practitioners. All workshops are virtual and run with small groups. Unlike the belt programs we are focused on developing the skills you need to actually apply the tools.

About Us
In 2019 Amanda Zimmerman founded Beautiful Opportunities.
After over fifteen years in Process Improvement Amanda was frustrated with PI practitioners over complicating the tools. Time after time she saw people soured on PI, not because they weren't skilled, but because they were held to an unrealistic standard that had little to nothing to do with the practical application of the tools.
“Traditional Green Belt teaches people at a fast pace a ton of tools they may never use. It often misses the Lean, Change Management, and Project Management skills people need to actually succeed.
Leading change is risky, it is uncomfortable, we ask people to take it on often with ZERO support.
