Event Planning
As consultants it can feel like we are doing everything alone. But it doesn’t have to be that way!
With over fifteen years experience in Process Improvement Amanda supports her clients by taking on the admin and tech duties that can overwhelm event planning and offering an option as a back-up facilitator if you fall ill or are unable to lead.
Our goal is to reduce your anxiety about planning and executing your next event.
This can include:
Social media posts, event details, and advertising
Event materials and production
Running tech during event or live streams (break out groups, chats, etc)
Back-up facilitator for Process Improvement events and training (ex: White Belt, Green Belt, etc)
