Meet Amanda Zimmerman

Hi! I’m Amanda. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and I’ve spent the last decade helping teams improve processes so work becomes safer, easier, and more effective.

I’ve led improvement initiatives across industries including oil & gas, software, education, marketing, and non-profits.

The thread that connects all of them is this:

Improvement only works when people can apply it in real life.

That’s why I created Beautiful Opportunities Consulting, to modernize Process Improvement and make it more accessible, practical, and sustainable for teams across the world.
